Frequently asked questions
What stamps work best?
PAID, APPROVED, VOID, DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, RECEIVED, COPY, and ORIGINAL are the classics. You can type anything up to 200 characters. Short, bold words read best at the default 140pt diagonal size.
Can I change the colour from red?
Yes. Pick any hex colour. Red works for PAID and VOID; green for APPROVED; grey for DRAFT and CONFIDENTIAL; black for ORIGINAL and COPY.
Can I stamp only certain pages?
Yes. Choose 'All pages', 'First page only', or a custom range. Stamping just the cover page is the most common pattern for invoices and contracts.
Can I change the angle of the stamp?
Yes. The default -30° gives the classic diagonal look. You can go from -180° to +180°. Set it to 0° for a horizontal stamp.
Will the original text stay intact?
Yes. The stamp is drawn as a new layer on top of each page. The original content underneath is not modified or re-rendered.
Is there a file size limit?
Files up to 50 MB are supported.
How long is my file kept?
Your input and the stamped PDF are both auto-deleted after 7 days. Re-download is available during that window via the secure link.
