Frequently asked questions
Do I have to enter an amount for every receipt?
No. Vendor, amount, and date are all optional. Receipts without amounts just appear on the summary as a line with no value, and the total only counts the ones you filled in.
How many receipts can I include?
Up to 20 receipts per report, 15 MB per image, 150 MB total. The cover page summary table grows automatically and continues onto a second page if needed.
Which file formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, and WebP. We embed JPGs as-is for best quality, PNGs losslessly, and convert WebP to PNG for embedding. Animated images are rejected so output stays predictable.
What currencies are supported?
EUR (€), USD ($), and GBP (£). The currency you pick is used on every line and on the total.
How long are my files kept?
Your uploaded receipts and the generated PDF are auto-deleted after 7 days. Re-download is available during that window via the secure link.
