Is the letter print-ready?

Yes. A4 size, generous margins, and accent colour rendered in the PDF for clean print output. Open the PDF in any reader and print.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG (up to 1 MB) on the Style tab and place it top-left or top-right.

How long can my letter be?

Up to 50,000 characters of body text, which flows to extra pages automatically. Plenty for any business letter.

Is my letter content private?

Your content is used only to generate the PDF, kept for 7 days for re-download, and then permanently deleted. We never share or analyse it.

How long is the result kept?

The letter PDF is auto-deleted after 7 days. Re-download is available during that window via the secure link.
