Frequently asked questions
What can I attach?
PDFs and images (JPG, PNG, WebP). PDFs have all their pages copied in order with no quality loss; images get one page each, scaled to fit. Up to 20 attachments, 25 MB per file, 250 MB total.
Will the attachments stay searchable and selectable?
Yes for PDF attachments: their text and vectors are preserved. Image attachments are embedded as images, so their content is visual only (same as the original photo).
Can I send the pack directly to my client from here?
No, by design. We email YOU the secure download link and you send the PDF to your client via your own email. We never store or share your client's address.
What currencies are supported?
EUR (€), USD ($), and GBP (£). The currency you pick is shown on the TOTAL DUE band on the cover page.
Are password-protected PDFs supported?
We can open PDFs with no password set. Password-protected (encrypted) PDFs are rejected with a clear error so you can unlock them first and re-upload.
How long are my files kept?
Uploads and the generated invoice pack PDF are auto-deleted after 7 days. Re-download is available during that window via the secure link.
