PDF Page Reorder

Drag pages into a new order and download a reordered PDF.

Upload a PDF, move pages up or down to rearrange them, and download the reordered file. Perfect for putting chapters in the right order or moving an appendix to the front.

How it works

  1. Upload your PDF to see a thumbnail of every page.
  2. Use the up and down arrows on each page to move it in the order.
  3. Unlock the result and download the reordered PDF.

Use cases

  • Move an appendix to the front of a report.
  • Put draft chapters in the right reading order before sharing.
  • Re-sort a scanned stack of pages that fed through the scanner out of order.
  • Rearrange a slide handout PDF so the agenda comes first.

Frequently asked questions

Can I move several pages at once?

Move them one at a time with the up and down arrows. The number badge on each page always shows its new position in the output.

Will the page content change?

No. Pages are copied as-is into the new order, so text stays selectable and quality is preserved.

Can I reset the order?

Yes. Tap 'Reset' to restore the original order at any time.

Is there a page limit?

Files up to 50 MB are supported. That fits most PDFs of a few hundred pages.

How long is my file kept?

Your input and the reordered PDF are both auto-deleted after 7 days. Re-download is available during that window via the secure link.
