1. What we collect

• Email address, to deliver your download link and a payment receipt.
• The file or form input you submit, only to produce the output you asked for.
• The output file we produce for you.
• Technical logs (IP address, browser), for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
• Marketing consent, only if you tick the optional box; never assumed.

2. Why we keep your email

Your email is required so we can email you the secure download link to your result. We never attach files to emails; the email always contains a link to a private download URL.

3. How long we keep files

Both input files and output files are automatically deleted 7 days after the job is created. Deletion is permanent.

4. Marketing emails and how to opt out

We only email you about new tools or product updates if you explicitly opted in via the checkbox on the tool page. The box is off by default and is separate from the GDPR consent required to process your file.

5. Who we share data with

Stripe processes your card payment. Our email provider delivers the download link. Our storage provider stores the file for its 7-day life. We do not sell your data.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address on our homepage.
